HIBAR Research recommended to Parliamentary Committee

In his November 2025 testimony to the Canadian Parliamentary Committee on Science & Research, Dr. Timothy Hannigan from the University of Ottawa recommended HIBAR research as an effective means for promoting and growing private sector investment in research and development in Canada.
